Returns can be requested within 30 days of the date of order date. Returns of products marked “final sale” will not be accepted. A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. All items of return must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition.

Order Cancellation : Once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always try contacting us by email to see if your order can be cancelled and we will do our best to assist you. Depending on our volume of orders received, we may or may not be able to cancel it in time. If you order has not been cancelled in time before it was shipped, please refer yourself to our return policy.

Damaged Items : If you have received a damaged item, you must contact us within 1 week of receiving your order with the following information.

We will review your case and assist you as quickly as possible. Do not send back the damaged item before getting the approval by a member of our team.

Change or modify my order : Once your order has been placed and you would like to add or change an item, contact us by email as soon as possible. If we catch it on time, we will be able to apply the changes. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are not able to modify it. If the order was already shipped, you will be able to return the items you received for an exchange if they were not marked as final sale, or place a new order with the additional items.

We try our best to ship all orders within 24h of purchase but cannot guarantee that it will always be possible. Please note that it can take up to 48h for our shipping courier to pick up your order once it’s ready to ship.
